Previously, during a career orientation at a university, a speaker once told us about 3 career-based career stories. The first story is about an 8x generation person who is regretting the current job. He said that: if he could go back to the university exam, he would definitely choose a different field of study. The second story is about a 9x young man, a young man who is not motivated to work and always chooses to quit when he is "bored" and not as expected. And finally a 10x student, a modern and free generation, but a generation that cannot define "what is passion?". And although you are free to choose your industry, choose a career with passion and interest, you can't choose it exactly, nor do you know exactly which one is correct. Parents are aware but do not know how to guide their children It can be seen that parents' thinking has become more and more "comfortable", parents respect their children's opinions more. But in the end, the issue of "career guidance" still fell to a standstill. There will be many parents who think that they do not need to understand too much about "career guidance", because their life experience is the best curriculum. Some parents mistakenly think that "career orientation" simply offers a career for their children to try and learn. And there are also "open-minded" parents, who allow their children to do whatever they want, so that they can find their own passion to pursue. All of these ways of thinking show that: Vietnamese parents have never been in the right career direction for their children.
