Of course mainstream rock is still worth looking forward to. It has been recently confirmed that the legendary The Who will release their first album in 13 years.
And maybe, Peter Townshend's magic guitar or the enchanting voice of Roger Daltrey is enough to revive the gloomy of mainstream rock, or at least, to reshape the rock spirit for the 9X generation - the people have lived too far with the golden age of this genre.
