All pilot recruitment as well as training programs are conducted in English. English is also the common language of the world aviation industry. Therefore, foreign language is a prerequisite if you want to pursue a career as a pilot.
After the English test, candidates will undergo ADAPT test to assess the adaptability, quality, and potential for flight development in pilots.
The ADAPT test is administered on a computer for 4 hours, including a range of content, including math, physics, cognition, coordination, multitasking, spatial orientation, and ability to control flight control.
The results of the ADAPT test will be assessed according to 5 color codes corresponding to the suitability of the pilot including red - not suitable for flying; orange - below average; gold - satisfactory; blue - pretty; blue - excellent. After the ADAPT test, the interview will be conducted in English.
